The owner of the www.artimex.eu website and the Artimex brand is Artimex S.A.. The company declares that it ensures a high level of security when using its services. The management of personal data provided by customers takes place in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 29 October 1997, as amended) and with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), abbreviated to GDPR.

Personal data<\/strong><\/h2>

By using Artimex services, the customer agrees to voluntarily provide the sender and recipient information required to fulfil the order. Personal data will be processed by Artimex S.A. in particular for:
a) On the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation):
\u2013 fulfilling orders
\u2013 responding to inquiries
\u2013 archiving
\u2013 fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligations
b) based on legitimate interest:
\u2013 marketing of our own products or services, including those personalised based on the customer profile
\u2013 organising and conducting contests and other marketing campaigns
\u2013 pursuing or securing claims
\u2013 conducting quality analyses of the technical services and equipment provided
c) on the basis of separate consent:
\u2013 direct marketing of Artimex S.A.’s own products or services as well as direct marketing of products or services of cooperating entities, while customer personal data will not be shared with third parties. Direct marketing may be carried out using electronic means of communication (e.g. SMS, MMS, e-mail), terminal telecommunications equipment (e.g. tablet) and automatic dialling systems (e.g. software for automatically sending e-mails).
\u2013 direct marketing based on analysis of data concerning, for example, subpages viewed on www.artimex.eu.
\u2013 analyses of the customer’s preferences or interests, viewership analyses, or the development of services provided, based on automated processing by the Administrator of data from devices the customer uses while browsing the website (e.g. a computer or mobile device). On the basis of the customer profile created, the Administrator may: (i) tailor the services provided to the customer’s individual interests, or (ii) propose a personalised offer. For the purposes mentioned above, the Administrator will process data concerning: 1) quantities of goods sold by the customer and 2) the use of information provided electronically (e.g. the website). The Administrator will not process the special categories of data referred to in Art. 9 GDPR.
\u2013 verification of the customer’s payment credibility based on information contained in the Administrator’s database.
The sender’s personal data are subject to special protection and are not disclosed to third parties, including the recipient of the shipment. The data administrator provides physical, technical and organisational safeguards against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
The sender’s personal data are mainly used to contact the sender as part of fulfilling the order. Personal data processed in order to conclude or perform a contract and to fulfil the Administrator’s legal obligations will be stored for the duration of the contract and, after its expiry, for the period necessary for: a) post-sales customer service (e.g. handling complaints)
b) securing or pursuing any claims of Poczta S\u0142odyczowa
c) fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligations (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations)
If the sender wishes the recipient to be informed who sent the shipment, they may optionally enter a message and sign it in the „Sender” field on a greeting card or any product that allows such personalisation. The message and signature will be attached to the gift. If no signature is saved or added by the sender in the form of a personalised product, the shipment remains anonymous.
For international orders, sender details are required because some branches may refuse to fulfil orders that do not contain these details.
Categories of data recipients: trading partners, postal operators, carriers, document archiving companies, partners providing technical services (e.g. development and maintenance of IT systems and websites), hosting companies.<\/p>\n\n\n

Rights of the data subject:<\/strong><\/h2>

The customer has the right to access, modify and delete the personal data provided to Poczta S\u0142odyczowa. In particular, the customer has the right to:
a) access to the content of their personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator is processing the data and information about such processing.
b) rectification of data if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete
c) request the Administrator to delete data
d) request the Administrator to restrict data processing
e) data portability, i.e. the right to receive the personal data provided to the Administrator and to send it to another administrator
f) object to the processing of data based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest or to processing for direct marketing purposes
g) lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority or the supervisory authority of another European Union Member State, competent due to the place of habitual residence or work of the data subject or due to the place of the alleged infringement of the regulations
h) withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal)
i) obtain human intervention from the Administrator, express their own opinion, and contest a decision based on automated data processing.

Cookie data is collected by Artimex S.A. in order to gather information about the use of the www.artimex.eu website.
Data contained in cookie files enables the site to be tailored to customer needs and ensures customer convenience while browsing. Thanks to them, the session can be maintained \u2013 the user does not have to enter a login and password on every subpage of the site.
Data contained in cookie files also serve statistical purposes and help optimise the usability of the site. Cookies are used by Artimex S.A. to run the service: to generate traffic statistics via popular marketing tools of external providers such as Google Analytics. Google does not combine the data it holds about the user with their IP address or any other independently collected information.
